Member Services
The primary objective of the network is to build the internal capacity of the member organisations – of perspectives, structures, systems, processes, staffing and identification of new tools and techniques, etc. Upscaling of microfinance intervention of the members would be a major focus area. Above all, the network would be concerned with the quality issues of microfinance interventions and work on setting high standards of performance in three key indicators, viz., Developmental, Institutional and Financial.
The member services are of two kinds-either a specific service to the individual organisation or a common program for a group of member organizations. INAFI INDIA would work with members and extend technical assistance and support the Niche programmes such as micro insurance services, debt swap for the poor etc.
